Hi, I’m Cooper, the founder of Whisper — and this is my best friend, Toby 🐶.

Toby is a lovable, slightly stubborn Shih Tzu mix who’s been by my side through every chapter of life. Like any pet parent, I wanted to give him the best: safe, comfortable, and stylish pet gear that made our daily walks and adventures easier and more enjoyable.

But every time I shopped for leashes, harnesses, or accessories, I kept running into the same problem — overpriced, flimsy products that didn’t last or didn’t feel right for Toby. That’s when I realized something was missing.

So, I created Whisper.
A pet brand built with heart, inspired by Toby, and designed to offer affordable, high-quality pet supplies for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities.

At Whisper, we believe every pet deserves the best — without pet parents having to break the bank. From durable leashes to comfortable harnesses and everyday essentials, our products are thoughtfully made to keep tails wagging and walks worry-free.

Today, Whisper is proud to be a small business driven by a simple mission:
to make pet gear that’s safe, stylish, and affordable for pets everywhere.

And yes — Toby still tests every product. If it’s not good enough for him, it’s not good enough for our customers.
